[TRAVELGUIDE] Thursday, March 17, 2022Tuguegarao is a city located on the northeastern side of mainland Luzon. It is about 485 kilometers away from Metro Manila and is part of Cagayan Province in the Cagayan Valley Region. The province is bordered by Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Kalinga, and Isabela. It has a couple of historical churches, one of the longest bridges in the country, and a delectable noodle dish—pancit batil patong—that can rival the best of what the Philippines has to offer.
